PUBLIC NOTICE

It is hereby circulated for information of all concerned that The National Legal Services Authority (NALSA), in collaboration with the Mediation & Conciliation Project Committee (MCPC), Supreme Court of India, has launched a nation-wide 90 days’ Special Mediation Drive, “Mediation ‘For the Nation,” from July 01, 2025 to September 30, 2025 with a motive to settle pending cases in all the Taluka Courts, District Courts and High Courts of India.

This initiative aims to resolve pending cases having elements of settlement including matter pending under each of the following categories, which may be referred to Mediation :

1. Matrimonial Disputes Cases 2. Accident Claims Cases 3. Domestic Violence Cases

4. Cheque Bounce Cases 5. Commercial Dispute Cases 6. Service Matters Cases

7. Criminal Compoundable Cases 8. Consumer Disputes Cases 9. Debt Recovery Cases

10. Partition Cases 11. Eviction Cases 12. Land Acquisition Cases

13. Other Suitable Civil Cases
